Sala Group announced its collaboration with Mahiki and confirmed the opening of their first joint venture ‘Mahiki by Sala’ in 2017 in Marbella. Sala Group has recently been appointed the licensee for the number one celebrity destination in London – Mahiki. The beautiful Polynesian and tiki themed venue that first opened on Dover Street in 2005 quickly became well known for its celebrity clientele. Since then it has grown to become one of the world’s most famous night spots as well as an institution, with an array of fabulous awards behind it. The Spanish government has shared its plans to open up the country in 4 steps beginning from 2nd of May 2020 The Spanish government announced this Thursday evening that there will be partial relaxation. On the Costa del Sol you may already from Saturday the second may go for a walk and do sports alone or with persons living in the same house between 6 and 10 a.m. and also between 20 and 23 o’clock. But only within a distance of one kilometre from home. This regulation is valid until 11 May, after that, phase 1 will be introduced and the rules will be announced later. It is hoped that by the beginning of the summer season in July, all restrictions will be lifted to encourage tourism. Already two weeks ago many beach clubs in and around Marbella would have wanted to open the 2020 season, but due to the Corona crisis this was not possible. Also all restaurants in Marbella and the whole Costa del Sol will be closed until further notice. It is feared that many of the already ailing restaurants and bars in Marbella will not survive. Glamorous White & Gold 2016 Party at La Sala By The Sea Opened The Summer Season in Style Last Friday, 3rd June, La Sala by the Sea opened its doors to the Marbella summer party season with an exclusive night-long event with fantastic entertainment, celebrities and live music acts. The champagne was flowing as fire breathers, stilt walkers, gymnasts, and beautiful dancers entertained the arriving guests. Dressed in shimmering white and gold, the glamorous partygoers also enjoyed the performances by La Sala’s signature acts such as Masquerade Duo, Menllizon Drum Duo and the latest tunes by DJ Scott Strutton. Besides fabulous entertainment the partygoers at this iconic summer party were treated to delicious Thai inspired canapés, including Spring Rolls, Butterfly King Prawns with a mouthwatering curry sauce, Chicken Satay and Prawn Wontons to name a few. Another great poolparty with DJ Till von Sein at Purobeach Marbella. Again, there was an amazing party at the famous Purobeach in Marbella. This time, the star of the day was DJ Till von Sein from Berlin. The world-famous musician and producer, with its quiet but very rhythmic chillout and deep house music, enchanted the audience at Purobeach with the best sounds and chilled rhythms throughout the day. For Puro Beach rather quiet audience enjoyed this day which was held under the motto NoMaDe has taken place. The large pool, Champagne, cool drinks and delicious food made this event one of the best pool parties on the Costa del Sol. In an interview with Marbella events guide, Till said, that this was the first time for him to be at Costa del Sol. He dont care if pople are dancing to his music or not, he choose the music to suit the audince. The most important thing for him is that the audience is satisfied with what they get to hear. And that the sun is shining…… but thats normal for Marbella.
