Many of you have asked me to teach classes NOW and I have found a great space.
I am excited to announce an additional location – The Brand NEW Marbella Polo Club, situated very close to Puerto Banus. We have a private and quiet grass area near trees and nature.
I will still be continuing at Purobeach from May.
This class is suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities. Come and experience the magic of outdoor Yoga, please bring a yoga mat and water. Beginners welcome.
Lisa has over 20 years of teaching expertise and also 11 years lecturing in Health, Fitness & Wellness.
She loves transforming lives, helping people to feel great inside and outside. She studied Yoga in Goa, India with leading yoga masters covering the different styles of Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha.
