Dani Garcia‘s cuisine is innovative cuisine built on contrasts, but which in turn rescues traditional flavors of the cuisine of Southern Spain. During an exhibition, the Malaga chef impressed experts in British cuisine in an evening which he showed a vanguard recipes, a cover of ice virgin olive oil and tomato popcorn and oil, made with liquid nitrogen at a temperature of 196 degrees below zero.
In the same way that for years the Basque cuisine is among the high standards of world cuisine, Dani Garcia, with his innovative style but at the same time respectful of its origins, it has managed to place as caracteric dishes of Andalusian cuisine as garlic soup, gazpacho, or pipirana in authentic culinary delights.
